HOW TO REPORT A CLAIM
Choose the applicable loss notice for the type of claim:
Once the loss notice is complete, the claim may be reported directly to the carrier CLICK HERE to see a list of CRC Tapco's carriers and their Claims Reporting phone numbers and email addresses.
The claim may be reported directly to CRC Tapco via email to TapcoClaims@crcgroup.com (or by fax to 336.538.0094). For Questions or Assistance can call 800.334.5579 (option 3, then option 4). Otherwise, agents will want to call in their claim and expect CRC Tapco to complete the claim notice.
